“The Directors expect the Company to continue with its principal activities for the future. The Company's ultimate parent company, Apex Group Ltd, undertakes to provide sufficient financial assistance to the Company, as and when it is needed and to the extent that funding is not otherwise available to the Company to meet such obligations. The Directors have therefore a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next twelve months from the date of this report. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
