“After making appropriate enquiries, the board of trustees has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the board of trustees continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the accounts.”

- “In Sept 2023 we had to permanently close the junior block at Merryland's, following the confirmation from a survey that it contained RAAC. The Junior classes are currently housed in temporary demountable buildings. The school is currently working with the DFE and has been included in phase one of the Schools Rebuild Programme (SRP). We are working with the design team and are nearing the final stages of developing the brief for contractors. The anticipated completion date for the new build is January 2028.”
