“After making appropriate enquires, the Trust Board has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources although reduced due to supply agency cover, recruitment, pay awards not fully funded and inflationary pressures to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and there are no material uncertainties about the academy trust's ability to continue as a going concern.”
