“The financial statements have been prepared using the going concern basis of accounting. As at the balance sheet date of 31 December 2024, the Company has cash resources which amounted to $153,937 (2023: $166,685) and is currently exposed to limited levels of cost. The Company has also obtained a letter of support froni its ultimate parent undertaking, Denali 'Therapeutics Inc:, confirming that it has the ability to, and will, provide financial support as needed through to 30 September 2026. Accordingly, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
