“The directors have considered the financial position of the Company, which at the statement of financial position date had net current liabilities of £25,134,000 due to balances owing to fellow subsidiary undertakings of the TopNexus Group of £25,122,000. The directors have received written assurances from TopNexus Limited that it will provide financial support to the Company for a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements are approved, so as to enable the Company to meet its financial obligations as they fall due. Accordingly, the directors have concluded that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
