“The Directors acknowledge whilst there is a current year profit of US$9,801 (2023: net loss position of US$44,871) and a net working capital surplus position of US$204,802 (2023: US$1,073,853), the directors are satisfied that the company has access to sufficient cash and financial resources from its parent. The Company is expected to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from date of signing these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statement.”
