“After making due enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The Company has net assets of £1,669k, made a profit of £1,669k and received orders in the year to the value of £20,560k. The company is also expected to continue to generate positive cashflows on the basis of the recharge mechanism on costs. For these reasons they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
