- Affirmed
“The directors believe that is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The directors have prepared forecasts for the company and the UK Group to 31 December 2025. The company's ultimate parent undertaking, The Myers-Briggs Company in the US, have agreed to waive any repayment of intercompany loan and royalty payments for at least 12 months and have provided a letter of support to the company to 31 December 2025 which have been taken account of in the forecasts and the directors assessment of going concern.”

Significant events
- “Trading during 2025 has been challenging due to the continued impact of global economic uncertainty. Ongoing global economic uncertainty means the UK Group remains cautious about the full year outcome. The future of the Eurozone and the UK leaving the EU, remains an issue. Additionally, the conflicts globally, including Ukraine, and concerns over consequential effects of a global economic downturn have impacted business confidence, but the company has a pragmatic view on growth”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
