  Material uncertainty over going concern

  We draw attention to note 2 in the financial statements, which indicates that the Group has net liabilities of £4.5m. As stated in note 2, these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 2, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. The consolidated statement of financial position at 30 June 2024 shows that the Group had net liabilities of £4.5m. These matters indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group's ability to continue to trade as a going concern. Notwithstanding the existence of this material uncertainty, the directors believe that the Group will have sufficient liquid resources to meet its day to day working capital requirements and to pay debts as they fall due for the foreseeable future.
