“Having reviewed the future plans and projections for the Company and its current financial position, the Directors believes that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. It has adequate financial resources, no borrowings, a good level of recurring revenue and a broad spread of customers. As a consequence of these factors and having reviewed the forecasts for the coming year, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, a period of not less than 12 months from the date of this report. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
