Material uncertainty over going concern
We draw attention to Note 2 in the financial statements. The Company is reliant on funding from its parent Company, Sound Energy plc, to enable it to meet its obligations. The Directors have received assurances from the parent Company that it will continue to support the Company, including not recalling any intercompany balances due where such a recall might cause the company not to continue as a going concern, to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The parent Company's consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 contain a material uncertainty on the Group and parent Company's ability to continue as a going concern. These conditions, along with other matters set forth in Note 2, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as going concern. Our conclusion is not modified in respect of this matter.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
