“After reviewing cash flow forecasts from ClarusONE Sourcing Services LLP, the Company is confident and expects to continuously receive a steady fair share of the profit distributions from ClarusONE every quarter. The Company also serves as Sourcing Hub for Walmart Sourcing division for package foods. Costs are reimbursed with a markup. In the event of the discontinuation of the ClarusONE profit distribution, the Company still generates sufficient cash to support the regular business activities. For the purpose of preparing the financial statements, the directors have defined their going concern period to 30 September 2026. The Company has adequate financial resources available to meet its obligations for the period to 30 September 2026. Accordingly, the directors believe that the Company will operate under the going concern basis and the financial statements are prepared as such.”
