“The Directors have considered the use of the going concern basis in the preparation of the financial statements considering the current market conditions and have concluded that it is appropriate. The Company has an approved funding line from a Company which is owned by its ultimate parent Company. It received £4.4m of group funding during 2021 and a further £0.83m remained available at year-end. Total interest bearing group loans stand at £7.2m at the date of this report, of which £3.0m has a five year term expiring on May 3rd 2026. The balance of £4.2m had an initial period of two years ending May 3rd 2023 and is extendable annually. The Company has had confirmation from the Group entity that the loans can be extended to June 17 2026 if required. The Group continues to be the majority shareholder of Native and remains committed to ensure that an adequate working capital level is maintained.”
