“After making appropriate enquiries, Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the Multi Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Trustees are confident that the steps taken to manage strategic and operational risks ensure that the Trust has and will continue to fulfil the requirements as outlined in the articles and the master funding agreement. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
