Going concern
Affirmed

“Despite the Company being in a current liability position and having made are historic losses, the Company is still operational and the directors are comfortable that the Company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Furthermore, the loan notes are limited recourse obligations and these are not repayable until March 2029. On this basis, and after reviewing the latest performance of the underlying receivables, the directors are satisfied that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future and that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-03-31 vs 2023-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
