“In 2024, the Company has made a profit after tax of £1,507,000 (2023: loss after tax of £8,534,000), and is in a net current liabilities position of £11,724,000 (2023: £7,453,000). Therefore, the Directors have sought and obtained confirmation from the ultimate parent undertaking, Lei Shing Hong Limited, that they will provide the necessary financial support to ensure the Company is able to meet its financial liabilities as they fall due until 31 August 2026.”
