Going concern
Affirmed

“The Directors have assessed the ability of the Group to continue as a going concern using cash flow forecasts. Following the completion of its IPO on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc as detailed in note 26, cash raised pursuant to the IPO and cash generated from operating activities will finance the Group's working capital requirements. On 1 February 2025, the Company completed its second raise on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange, raising approximately £2.4m (US$3.1m). The Directors are satisfied that there are sufficient resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
