Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on the assumption that the Company will continue as a going concern. In making this assessment, the Directors have considered the ongoing military confrontation between USA, Israel and Iran on the Company's ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due...the Directors consider that the Company has sufficient resources to meet its obligations as they fall due in the next 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on the basis of accounting principles applicable to a going concern which assumes that the Company will realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business..”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-12-31 vs 2024-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
