“After making appropriate enquiries, the board of trustees has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
Significant events
- “Ofsted inspection of January 2024, the inspector noted that: 'Leaders have high expectations of all pupils. Pupils achieve well across the curriculum, particularly in English and mathematics. They behave well, including children in the early years. They are enthusiastic and curious learners. Children in Reception focus well in class and listen to their teacher carefully. Leaders provide pupils with a range of experiences to support their wider development. Pupils adopt positions of responsibility, such as kindness ambassadors, faith leaders or school councillors. They participate in school visits, including to the Royal Observatory. Parents and carers were overwhelmingly positive in their feedback about the school. Many parents praised the school's nurturing ethos.'”
- “The denominational inspection of December 2022 stated that: St Chad's is an outstanding Catholic school because: Senior leaders and governors have a shared vision for the school and for excellence in Catholic education. Pupils see themselves and others as having a role 'We live out our mission to follow the steps of Christ'. Parents feel part of the school community and strongly value the Catholic education it offers Pupils are presented with exceptional opportunities in religious education which deepens their understanding and develops their religious literacy. Collective worship is reverent and respectful, with a clear message for pupils to take out into their own lives. Prayer is central to school life. Pupils are familiar with the traditional prayers of the Church and are at ease with composing and contributing their own prayers. The school has excellent relationships with its local parish and the parish priest is very supportive and a regular visitor to the school.”
- “A Wraparound Care provision opened in September 2025, and we will monitor costs and income closely.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
