“In approving these financial statements, the Trustees have considered the Trust's financial position and performance and have concluded that the Trust has adequate resources to continue its activities for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. ... This conclusion is supported by the Trust's strong cash reserves, positive net asset position, and prudent financial management, which together provide assurance that the Trust can meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Trustees have carried out this assessment for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements and have identified no material uncertainties that would cast significant doubt on the Trust's ability to continue as a going concern.”
