“The director, after making enquiries and having regard to the company's financial position, the company's expected trading performance and cash flows, has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future. Therefore, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In assessing whether the going concern assumption is appropriate, the director has considered all available information up to 2 October 2025, being at least 12 months following the approval of these financial statements. In arriving at its conclusion, the Board has taken account of the level of intercompany financing and cash resources which the company maintains to enable it to meet its working capital requirements.”
