“At the balance sheet date the Company had net liabilities of £70,340 (2023 £55,572). This is driven by a combination of amounts owed to the Partnership £61,988 (2023 £47,451), accrued expenses £8,058 (2023 £7,760) and amounts owed to Aviva Investor Global Services Limited ("AIGSL") £1,356 (2023 £1,356) The Directors have received confirmation that the Partnership will support the Company to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due and it will not seek repayment of part or all of any intercompany debt A letter of support has been provided by the Partnership. Therefore, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will have access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date the financial statements are authorized for issue Therefore, for this reason they have continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements”
