Going concern
Affirmed

“The Company as part of the wider Digital Realty Group, has considerable financial resources together with long-term contracts with a number of customers across different verticals, and suppliers across different locations. As a consequence, the Directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully despite the current uncertain economic outlook. The Directors believe that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting for the financial statements notwithstanding the net liability position of the Company as this is mainly driven by non-cash amortization of intangible assets and the Company has adequate cash flows to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company continues to execute on its long term strategic goals by attracting additional customers into its data centres via continued investment in its capital infrastructure and product offering and capitalizing on continued market appetite for data centres.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
