Going concern
Affirmed

“As part of their going concern assessment, which covers the period from the date of the approval of these financial statements for a period of 12 months, the directors have looked out to December 2026 to reflect on events and conditions beyond the minimum period that may cast significant doubt upon the continuing use of the going concern basis of accounting. They have also modelled severe but plausible downside scenarios, alongside having considered: the future cash flow forecasts for the company together with its future working capital requirements; the financial resources available to the company and the level of any committed funding; the macroeconomic environment in the UK; and any actions that could viably be taken to mitigate the level of forecasted cash outflows. The directors also note that Lazari Investments Limited, the company's parent undertaking, has confirmed in writing that it will provide any necessary financial support to the company for a period of at least one year from the date of approval of these financial statements. Having taken into account the above, the directors are satisfied that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least one year from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, they have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
