“As at 31 December 2024, the Group had made a profit for the year then ended of £17,939,216 (2023: £515,953 loss), had net assets of £54,016,614 (2023: £40,109,422 net assets) and net current liabilities of £50,705,184 (2023: £171,822,339 net current assets). SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd. has provided the Director of the Company with a letter confirming that for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, it will provide financial support to the Company and Group to allow it to operate in a lawful and proper manner and to satisfy all third-party obligations when they become due while the Company remains its wholly-owned subsidiary.”
