“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The Company has received a commitment from Clarkson PLC that no Group entities will seek repayment of intercompany balances at 31 December 2024 or any amounts advanced to the Company for at least the next twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements, unless the Company has sufficient resources to repay the balance. The Directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and have reasonable expectation that the Company has sufficient resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future being at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements and to meet its obligations as they fall due.”
