“The Directors have considered the use of the going concern basis in the preparation of the financial statements as at 31 March 2025 which included a severe but plausible adverse scenario that assumed a further 15% reduction in net income. Following confirmation from the ultimate parent company, NewRiver REIT plc, that they will provide support to the Company for a period of at least 12 months from the signing of the financial statements, the Directors are satisfied that they can continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Annual Report and Financial Statements. More information is provided in note 1 to the financial statements.”
