“The Company continues to perform its intended function within the group and has the support of both its subsidiaries and parent. The company will continue to support its subsidiaries and does not anticipate that intercompany balances will require to be settled in the next twelve months. In consideration of external liabilities, the directors have received a letter of intent from Fairstone Bidco Limited confirming its current intention to provide financial support for a period of at least 12 months from the date of this report. The directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the 12 months from the date of this report.”
