- “Phase 2 (Island site) comprises private residential units and a new Church and Community facilities for Purley Baptist Church. The scheme has been substantially redesigned, which has also resulted in an increase in residential units on the site to ensure viability. A new planning application will be submitted by Q2 2026. On site commencement is targeted for Q4 2026.”
