Meter Serve (Holdco 2) Limited, the immediate parent company commits to provide access to additional financing to the Company as the Company may require to meet its financial obligations as described in further details below.”

This transaction was subject to satisfaction of certain conditions including regulatory approvals which have now been completed and the transaction completed on 6 March 2025.”
