“The Board has received confirmation that UCL Business will continue to provide funds to support it in meeting its investment activities, for a period of 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. As part of this process, the directors have satisfied themselves that UCL Business has the necessary funds to provide financial support should it be necessary and will undertake to inform UCLB Investments Ltd if this is no longer the case. The Directors therefore believe that the financial outlook for 12 months from the approval of these financial statements is reasonable as outlined above. Accordingly, these financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis, and there are no material uncertainties in respect of UCLB Investments Ltd's ability to continue as a going concern.”
