“The Directors are required to prepare these financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the company will continue in business. As at 31 December 2024 the company had net assets of $338m (2023: $354m) and net current liabilities of $159.9m (2023: $144.2m). The Group has issued a letter of support for a period of twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements to the company. The letter of supports states that the Group will not demand the repayments of amounts extended to the Companies by the Parent and/or other members of the group of companies headed by the Parent unless sufficient alternative funding has been secured by the Companies, and will advance further funds to the Companies as needed to fulfil its obligations. As a result of the review the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the business has sufficient resources to operate for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and that it is appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
