“After making appropriate enquiries, the board of trustees has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Academy's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the original financial statements were authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The main risks that the academy trust is exposed to are summarised below. ... Financial - covering risks to the academy trust's financial position, including revenue streams, cost control and cash management. Health and safety issues ... Financial risk - uncertainty regarding future government funding streams. Pupil numbers risk including mobility - uncertainty of pupil numbers due to significant mobility within the context of our schools.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
