  Material uncertainty over going concern

  In June 2023, the directors of the Company took the decision to cease production and reduce business operations on a phased basis. Two of the three developments have now been completed with the Bristol site expected to be completed in 2026. The wind down obligations of the business are expected to continue to 2028. Accordingly, the directors have not prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. The effect of this is explained in Note 1.2.
