In making their assessment of going concern the directors have considered the likelihood of the availability of funding from other group companies or other sources and considered the material uncertainties included in the Group financial statements. On the basis that there is no guarantee that funding will be forthcoming over the foreseeable future the Directors have concluded that a material uncertainty exists which may cast significant doubt over the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern.
