Material uncertainty over going concern
The Director believes that preparing the accounts on a "basis other than going concern" is appropriate given management's intent to cease activity in the company and subsequently wind the company up. Following the restructuring within the Culligan Group in 2023, the function of the company has been subsumed into the existing Culligan Group structure and the company is now obsolete. Accordingly, the Director has instructed management to cease operations and seek to wind the company up. Management believe that this process will have been completed by the end of December 2026, therefore, the Director do not consider the company to be a going concern and have prepared the accounts on a basis other than going concern.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
