“After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence. All non-intra-group liabilities due within 12 months will be paid in full during the forthcoming year. The Company also provides a key strategic function for its ultimate parent, University of East London and the directors expect that the present level of activity will be sustained in the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
