“The directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these accounts after assessing the principal risks.. The directors have confirmed the Company would remain profitable for next 12 months from the signing date of the financial statements. The Company's operations are funded through pooling deposits and loans provided by Itochu Treasury Centre Europe Plc. These loans, which have no fixed maturity date, are governed by a revolving loan agreement under which the credit facility amount is mutually agreed upon and renewed annually. The directors also confirmed that due to ongoing support from Itochu Corporation, the Company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its financing and other business risks satisfactorily and have a reasonable expectation that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in operation for at least 12 months from the signing date of the financial statements.”
