“The Directors of Kingfisher International Products Limited consider that adequate resources exist for the Company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future being at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements along with having strength of balance sheet in terms of having a strong net asset position. They consider it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2025. Furthermore, the Directors have concluded that there is not a material uncertainty that casts significant doubt upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
