Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the academy trust's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “This academic year has seen a number of Estate Management projects coming to fruition. We have fully refurbished Sandringham House in Middlesbrough. The ground floor was completed on time for River Tees Grangetown to move to larger temporary accommodation in September 2024. The first floor was completed in November 2024 allowing River Tees Hospital School to relocate to larger premises to help meet increased demand.”
• “River Tees Academy Grangetown was inspected by Ofsted and graded good with outstanding in behaviour and attitudes and personal development. River Tees Hospital School was subject to an ungraded inspected in July 2024 and was judged as continuing to be good.”
• “River Tees Secondary Academy was inspected by Ofsted in March 2025 and graded outstanding across all areas.”
• “Income for the year exceeded expectations, totalling £12.031m against a budgeted £11.490m, and reflecting an increase from the prior year's £9.707m. Year-end cash amounted to £2,789m, up £1.572m from £1.216m in 23/24. The £1 million investment initiated in 22/23 and held with Ruffer appreciated to £1.046m in 24/25.”
