- Going concern
- Affirmed
“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group and company have adequate resources to continue in existence for at least the next 12 months following the approval of these accounts. Cashflow forecasts have been prepared showing that the group will be reliant on its US parent for financial and other support services. Distributed Creation Inc. has indicated its willingness to provide financial support to the group for the foreseeable future, which is not less than 12 months from the date of the signing of the financial statements for the group, to enable the group to pay its debts as they fall due. The directors have satisfied themselves that Distributed Creation Inc. has the ability to provide the support pledged. As a consequence, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
