Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. To support this conclusion, management has prepared a cashflow forecast which extends to 31 March 2027, being a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. This cashflow forecast demonstrates that the company will need the continued ongoing support of the ultimate controlling party, KSL Capital Partners LLC, Fund III LP. The directors have received a letter of support from the ultimate controlling party, which confirms that they will continue to support the company in meeting its obligations for a period of not less than 12 months from the approval of these financial statements and that they will not call any related party balances with the wider CMH Investments (UK) group for payment, should that impact the company or group's ability to continue as a going concern.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
