Going concern
Material uncertainty disclosed

“Despite the net liabilities position at the year end, the directors are confident that the group is a going concern as the group's trading properties, which are classed as stock, are stated at the lower of cost and net realisable value at £181,280k (2023: £213,139k) in the financial statements. If the trading properties were stated at their replacement value (sale at market value of the property subject to occupations by a resident) of £297,303k (2023: £337,320k) the net liabilities position would reverse and result in net assets of £62,007k (2023: £112,874k).”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-09-30 vs 2023-09-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
