The Company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance and position are set out in the Report of the directors (page 1). The Company ceased all underwriting activity when the 2021 YOA reinsured to close ("RITC") at the end of 2023. There are no plans for the Company to continue to participate in future years of account for Syndicate 1225 and has been made dormant for 2025. The financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. No material adjustments arose as a result of ceasing to apply the going concern basis.
