“Due to the nature of the Company's activities, it does not have significant cash outflows and coupled with the Company has immediate access to cash available through its cash pooling arrangement, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Furthermore the Directors have received a letter of support from Orbia Advance Corporation, S.A.B. de C.V., the ultimate parent company, confirming it is committed to providing support to the ongoing operations of the Company for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements.”
