Affirmed

“The directors have prepared a forecast for this period which demonstrates the company has sufficient cash to settle its liabilities as they fall due over this period. In addition, the company's parent undertaking, Visteon Corporation Inc. has confirmed that it will provide such financial support and other support as necessary to enable the company to meet its liabilities for the period to 31 December 2026. As set out in note 14, the smallest and largest group in which the results of the company are consolidated is that headed by Visteon Corporation Inc. The directors have a reasonable expectation that Visteon Corporation Inc. has adequate resources and liquidity to continue in operational existence for the review period. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
