“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company is a 100% owned subsidiary of Aurora Care and Education Holdings Limited, the parent company of The Aurora Group. The majority of the Company's liabilities represent amounts due to fellow Group companies. The Company has received a letter of support from the directors of the Octopus Group Holdings Limited; the indirect parent company; which states it will continue to provide financial support to enable the Company to meet all its current and future obligations for a period of at least 12 months from date of signing of these financial statements. Based on this undertaking the directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
