“The financial statements have been prepared on a going-concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue to operate for the foreseeable future. At the year-end, South Central Fleet Services Limited generated a profit of £0.154m (PY: profit of £0.188m) and had net liabilities of £0.403m (PY: £0.557m). After reviewing the latest financial information and forecasts, the directors do not consider that additional support from the parent will be required for the foreseeable future after the approval of the financial statements. However, the Parent will continue to provide the short-term financing requirements to meet the obligations of the tripartite agreement for the purchase, conversion, and subsequent sale of front-line response vehicles. The short-term financing is settled immediately upon the conclusion of the tripartite agreement. Furthermore, the company has received a formal letter of support from the parent, South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, to confirm that they will continue to provide financial support, if required, to enable South Central Fleet Service Limited to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements.”
Significant events
- “During the year, the Company achieved a turnover of £20.15m (2024: £10.55m), reflecting a significant increase due to the expansion of tripartite vehicle sales and ongoing maintenance contracts. The Company's net liabilities reduced to £0.403m (2024: £0.557m), supported by a formal letter of financial support from its parent.”
- “The Board is introducing a trial of Ford eTransit all-electric ambulances and has commenced the initial implementation of SMART electric charging network across our resource centers.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
