Audit & accounting basis

- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Having considered the Company's actual and expected cash flows as well as the current position of the net assets in the Balance Sheet, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company is adequately resourced to continue in existence for the period of assessment being 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. Further, the directors believe that the going concern basis is an appropriate basis for the preparation of the financial statements of the Company.”
Significant events
- “Other than those disclosed within the financial statements, there have been no other significant events subsequent to year end that would require adjustment or disclosure in these financial statements.”
- “The Ukraine crisis has created significant uncertainty in global markets, in particular, increased volatility in energy and commodity markets, increases in price inflation and potential supply disruption which may have direct and indirect impacts on individuals and businesses. The Company does not lease its aircraft to an airline in Russia, Belarus or Ukraine. The directors will continue to monitor this evolving situation and consider any impacts on the Company. The directors do not believe that the crisis will impact on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
- “Since the balance sheet date, the United States of America (USA) has imposed worldwide tariffs on goods imported to the USA. Economic uncertainty exists surrounding the wider consequences of the actions taken by the USA. The Directors expect no impact of tariffs.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
