“The financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company's net current assets position is £2,067,594 (2024: £5,550,540). The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company should be able to continue its operational existence for the foreseeable future. This judgement follows an assessment of the Company's forecast cash flows and the Company's ability to meet its day-to-day working capital requirements.”
